Immersi has experience with the furniture industry on several levels. We have performed static and dynamic calculations to ensure product compliance to regulations before production. We have been pulled in to adjust or create new solutions in awkward product launches. We have provided tooling input, Finite Analysis assistance, and concept sketches. We have also been requested to visit a manufacturing site and help with increasing effeciency on pre-existing and long running products. As much as we enjoy those opportunities, we enjoy and prefer being involved from the start! Ideally, we are involved at the concept stage to avoid the downstream production and service issues that can make a good product a bad one!

We are located near Herman Miller, Howard Miller, Haworth, Steelcase, and several other major furniture manufacturers. Our experience is not limited to office furniture however!
